Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.  Depending on which province you are located in, shipments typically take up to 3-6 business days.  Longer shipping times may occur over the weekend and during holidays. When your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

Collecteur currently ships exclusively within Canada.
At the moment, we unfortunately do not offer free shipping on orders. Shipping is calculated upon check-out, and offered at a reduced rate per region.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of period products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Subscriptions

If you have an active Collecteur subscription, you can view and manage upcoming shipments anytime by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.”
Your next scheduled ship date will appear under “Next Order.”

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Collecteur cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
