Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

Collecteur Life currently ships exclusively within Canada.
All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6 CAD and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of period products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Subscriptions

If you have an active Collecteur Life subscription, you can view and manage upcoming shipments anytime by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.”
Your next scheduled ship date will appear under “Next Order.”

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Collecteur Life cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
